WEBB is currently seeking Senior Engineers to join three of our core departments : Land Development Engineering , Land Development Planning & Entitlement , and Traffic & Transportation . All roles offer a hybrid work schedule and the chance to lead exciting, impactful projects. Senior Engineer

Department : Land Development Engineering

Schedule : Hybrid- 1 day in office!

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, organize, and manage multiple residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects
• Collaborate with public agencies and private clients effectively
• Lead project teams, ensuring technical accuracy, quality control, and deadline adherence
• Participate in business development and client engagement
• Research and present on project performance metrics
• Mentor junior staff and promote a collaborative work culture
