Be the Right Hand to the Head of Sales | Close Deals & Revive Dormant Accounts
About the Role :
We’re hiring a high-impact Inside Sales Executive who can confidently manage leads, negotiate deals, and act like an Account Executive from day one . But when phones slow down, you won’t just wait for action—you’ll create it .
You’ll partner directly with our Head of Sales, managing inbound commercial and builder inquiries and then shifting gears into HubSpot to reactivate lost accounts, build targeted call lists, follow up on old quotes, and generate new pipeline .
Your Mission :
When business is active :
- Jump on inbound leads and own the conversation
- Qualify and convert leads quickly and smartly
- Create quotes, negotiate deals, and win the order
- Provide proactive, solutions-oriented product guidance
When business is quiet :
Use HubSpot to identify and reactivate “lost” accountsFollow up on dead quotes, missed bids, or cold leadsBuild call / email lists to target builders, fabricators, and subcontractorsWrite follow-up emails and proposals to restart stalled conversationsCoordinate with marketing on campaigns and outreach ideasWhat Makes You a Fit :
2–5 years experience in inside sales or account managementComfortable handling building materials, construction, or commercial tradesConfident negotiator with sharp sales instinctsHighly organized and skilled in CRM management (preferably HubSpot)You’re just as comfortable writing a strategic follow-up as you are picking up the phoneStrong written and verbal communication skillsBonus : Familiarity with QuickBooks Online , Google Workspace , and pipeline reportingWhy You’ll Thrive Here :
