Key Responsibilities

Evaluate user needs and define technical problems to determine effective solutions
Investigate and resolve Tier 3 help desk tickets involving complex business and system issues
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
4 years of relevant experience
Ability to pass a client-specific public trust background investigation
