    • What We're Seeking :

  • We are currently seeking diligent and attentive individuals to fill the role of Waste Treatment Operator for our 2nd / 3rd shift starting at $18.75 / hr.
  • This role is pivotal in maintaining the operational excellence of our waste treatment processes and conducting salt spray testing.

    • Shift Timings :

  • 2nd Shift : 3 PM - 11 PM 3rd Shift : 11 PM- 7 AM  Note : While the typical schedule is Monday-Friday, flexibility to work weekends based on operational needs is required.

    • Responsibilities / Duties :

  • Monitor and manage the operation control panel, ensuring all systems function correctly and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular calibration of PH Meters and maintenance of probes.
  • Oversee tank levels and maintain communication with the metal finishing department.
  • Diligently document operations and maintain logs at regular intervals.
  • Perform physical checks of the neutralization reactor and clarifier, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Manage waste treatment processes, including the operation of the oil skimmer and proper handling of waste materials.
  • Uphold general housekeeping standards and adhere to scheduled preventative maintenance routines.
  • Conduct titrations of process chemistry and coating weight analysis, with the ability to prepare black oxide batches.

    • Qualifications :

  • Strong computer proficiency is preferred.
  • At least one year of relevant experience is desirable, with a Class K license or the commitment to obtain it within one year of joining.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 40lbs.
  • Previous manufacturing experience is an asset.
  • Availability to work weekends is a must.
