Location : Pittsboro, IN
Schedule : Monday - Friday with on-call required after hours for injury management
Duration : Direct Hire / Permanent
Salary Range : $87.6K - $105K
(Salary range is $73K-$75K, but a 20-40% bonus of quarterly salary is added each quarter)

Treatment of on-site injuries and referral to outside medical care when necessaryCase management for injured workers and facilitating their return to workMedical surveillance for all employees, including annual audiograms, spirometry, vision screening, and lead testingConduct new hire pre-employment drug and alcohol screenings and coordinate medical examinationsParticipation in ergonomics assessments and job hazard analysesAdminister Drug and Alcohol program according to company policyTrain employees in First Aid, CPR / AED, and as Medical Responders to support the care of injured workersProvide training on Bloodborne Pathogens, Hearing Conservation, Violence in the Workplace, Ergonomics, and Heat Stress to ensure OSHA complianceAdvise on Workers' Compensation claims as neededAdminister FMLA and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentationAccountable for delivery of regional health metrics and outcomesPurchase supplies for the first aid clinic and manage site budgetDrive health outcomes by reducing health risks, managing workplace hazards, and promoting employee health and wellbeingCollaborate with Safety Coordinators to identify and prevent injuriesRequirements :
Active Indiana RN license in good standing2 or more years of hospital or clinic nursing experience. Preferred experience within occupational health, primary care, urgent care, family, or emergency medicine.Excellent assessment skills in a clinical settingExcellent phlebotomy skillsCurrent / active CPR / AED certificationFor California Applicants :
