The Impact You'll Make in this Role

The Global Customer Logistics Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving cost efficiency programs and increase customer satisfaction. The Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and serve as a key liaison for various logistics projects.

As a Global Customer Logistics Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

• Identifying logistics efficiency opportunities by profit center and top end-customer globally.
• Defining and implementing the way-to-market model for distributors and top end-customers.
• Leading end-customer shipping optimization programs.
• Translating businesss strategic plans into logistics requirements.
• Driving initiatives to optimize shipment processes.
• Establishing and governing processes to ensure adherence and compliance.
• Analyzing data to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for cost savings and end-customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute global initiatives.
• Communicating with stakeholders and providing executive report outs regularly.
