Job Summary :

We are supporting our client, a large non-profit organization based in Washington, DC, in their search for an experienced  IT Application Trainer  with experience training on O365 and Copilot. This direct hire opportunity is well-suited for professionals with a solid background in IT training, instructional design, and end-user enablement. In addition, we are looking for an experienced trainer who can proactively determine training needs, improved delivery methods, and engaging curriculum development.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for various workplace IT applications used throughout the organization. Working closely with IT and cross-functional teams, you'll help elevate productivity and improve technical proficiency across staff by creating engaging, customized learning experiences. Your work will ensure that staff are empowered to effectively use IT tools that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Curriculum Development :

• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives.
• Design tailored training curricula that align with organizational tools and user proficiency levels.
• Develop engaging training materials, manuals, presentations, and e-learning content.

Salary : Dependent on Experience $75K - $85K
