We are looking for a candidate with Experience in Real Estate. We provide training to help you succeed.

This is not a remote position.

Key Responsibilities :

Market and lease rental homes to qualified applicants

Coordinate and track move-ins and move-outs

Conduct property tours and showings

Process rental applications and lease agreements

Handle basic maintenance requests and coordinate with vendors

Maintain organized records and communication with tenants and team

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications :

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Professional, Trustworthy, and Reliable

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Strong communication and customer service skills

Experience with QuickBooks is a definite plus

Previous real estate experience or leasing or property management experience is required
