This 6-bed unit averages 25 patients a day with most patients being walk ins.\n\nHow you'll contribute\n\nYou'll make an impact by assessing the patient's condition and nursing care needs to create a specialized plan of care. You will collaborate with physicians and provide patients and / or family with instruction and education relevant to conditions. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills to directly impact patient wellbeing.\n\nWhat we offer\n\nFundamental to providing great care is supporting and rewarding our team. • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
