Overview
The HRIS Analyst plays a key role in keeping our people data, systems, and processes running at peak performance. This role supports the day-to-day operation and ongoing evolution of our HR technology, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless user experience across our growing organization.
This role is crucial to gathering and translating our key people data. From headcount and turnover to org and workforce trends, you'll turn numbers into insights that tell our story and drive smarter, faster decisions. Partnering with HR and Payroll, you'll streamline processes, solve problems, and fuel the data that powers our people strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and run reports, dashboards, and audits to monitor data integrity and inform business decisions.
- Troubleshoot system errors, investigate data inconsistencies, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
- Support HR process automation and optimization across employee life cycle processes (onboarding, benefits, performance, etc.) including building new workflows.
- Partner with HR and Payroll to align workflows, manage permissions, and ensure compliance with policy and data security standards. (something stronger here about data privacy?)
- Assist with design and launch of annual HR processes including performance management tools. Maintain, test, and support our HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) to ensure clean, accurate data and smooth daily operations.
- Assist with system updates, configuration changes, and integrations between HR, Payroll, and other business systems.
- Document processes and maintain user guides to support consistent system use across the team.
- Provide end-user support and training on system features and best practices.
- Stay up to date on HR technology trends and bring forward new ideas and tools that make us better, faster, and smarter.
Qualifications
2–4 years of hands-on HRIS experience (ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred).Strong understanding of HR data, workflows, and compliance (benefits, employee lifecycle, reporting).Experience supporting system implementations or upgrades is a plus.Advanced Excel skills and reporting experience; familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plusTeam-focused approach - You thrive on helping colleagues, exchanging knowledge, and streamlining workflows.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.Skilled in maintaining secure digital employee records and exercising sound judgment when handling personal and employment-related data.Ability to manage multiple priorities, pivot quickly, and work well under pressure.Familiarity with automotive, retail, or consumer brands is a bonus, but not required.Disclaimer
