A Day In The Life

The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager with hiring, scheduling, barista training, completing managerial paperwork tasks, and running a clean, efficiently operating store. This role also serves as the managerial point of contact when the Store Manager is off shift. (This includes the expectation of a consistently working nights and weekends.) The Assistant Manager is a vital aspect in maintaining a positive culture of loving our Baristas and customers and exemplifies Scooter's Coffee core values.

Qualification Requirements

• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Must have the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Must have a positive and professional demeanor and the ability to convey a positive "team spirit" amongst the staff
• Must have the ability to clearly communicate
• Prior leadership experience preferred, but no prior Scooter's Management or Barista experience necessary
