A fast-growing global provider of engineering and IT services is looking for experienced Business Development Managers to expand growth in the U.S. Utilities market , especially across Broadband, CATV, Telecom, Power, Water, and Gas .

What You’ll Drive
✅ Execute targeted sales strategies in the Utilities space
✅ Identify and win new business across Broadband, Telecom, and Energy domains
✅ Build and expand relationships with key decision-makers
✅ Deliver impactful presentations tailored to U.S. utility needs
✅ Manage a strong sales pipeline and hit revenue targets
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
✅ Stay on top of industry trends and competitor moves
✅ Travel occasionally for client meetings and events
What You Bring
✅ 7–18 years of sales / business development experience
✅ Minimum 6 years in the U.S. Utilities sector (Broadband, CATV, Telecom, etc.)
✅ Proven success selling engineering or IT services
✅ Strong client network and industry relationships
✅ Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
✅ GIS / software knowledge is a plus
✅ U.S. work authorization (Green Card, Citizenship, or valid visa)
