Job Overview

The Citi Wealth Business provides services for clients in Private Bank with a net worth of $25mm and as well as our Citi Gold and Citi Private Client business (net worth of ~$200k - $1mm). The Wealth Operations organization are looking to harmonize their processes for enhanced efficiency, automation and create strategies and synergies across their people, product, and platform.

The Strategy Lead Analyst will be working on the Operations Change Management team to govern and manage the Tech Book of Work, as well as drive strategy across the Wealth program for operations. You will closely liaise with the Operational leads to drive synergies and implement process re-engineering changes, technology platform changes, and work on new and emerging technologies. In this role, on top of exposure to technology book of work and process reengineering, you will also have an opportunity to learn about Citi Wealth's key businesses such as Deposits, Lending, Investments and understand importance of KYC, Client Onboarding and Client Reporting.

As part of Change Management team, you will have a unique exposure to worlds of Technology, Business, Operations, PMO and Business Management through meaningful projects that have real impact on our business and clients. You will experience a supportive and collaborative work environment and have exposure to our senior leaders. You will work on high impact and global projects to further develop your banking industry knowledge and soft skills such as communication, teamwork and leadership, which are critical to success in today's fast-paced, ever changing business landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across their lifecycle : identifying and structuring the problem, analyzing root causes, developing solutions, communicating project results, and obtaining buy-in for change.
• Manage all aspects of client service, including planning, prioritizing and organizing projects.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with executives across the business.
• Identify opportunities to add value beyond the scope of formal projects.
• Contribute to continuous team improvement and management, e.g., provide leadership in recruiting, coach junior staff, etc.
• Efficiently solve complex, ambiguous problems / situations.
• Multi-tasks productively and reliably, while managing conflicting priorities.
• Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and / or other team members.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
