A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Call Center Agent - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing member inquiries professionally
Document all interactions accurately in the system and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
Escalate complex issues to supervisors as necessary and meet performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Bilingual (English / Spanish) with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or healthcare certification preferred
1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in healthcare
Ability to multitask and proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software
Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus
