Join Our Team as a Wound Care RN!

As a Wound Care RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to patients of all ages, focusing on wound care and other clinical activities.
Your Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you will :
- Provide comprehensive nursing care, including wound care, in accordance with WHC policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to implement patient care plans as directed by physicians.
- Document patient care accurately and ensure compliance with hospital and wound center policies.
- Maintain familiarity with regulatory standards and report any quality of care issues to the clinical manager or Program Director.
- Ensure the availability of necessary equipment and supplies for optimal patient care.
- Participate in patient and wound care data conferences and engage in continuing education as required.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have :
Education : An Associate's Degree in Nursing is required; a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.License : A current RN license to practice in North Carolina.Certifications : Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification.Skills : Strong critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Working Conditions
This position is classified as Non-exempt under FLSA guidelines. You will be working in a supportive and collaborative environment where your contributions are valued.
