As a Wound Care RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to patients of all ages, focusing on wound care and other clinical activities.

Your Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will :

• Provide comprehensive nursing care, including wound care, in accordance with WHC policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to implement patient care plans as directed by physicians.
• Document patient care accurately and ensure compliance with hospital and wound center policies.
• Maintain familiarity with regulatory standards and report any quality of care issues to the clinical manager or Program Director.
• Ensure the availability of necessary equipment and supplies for optimal patient care.
• Participate in patient and wound care data conferences and engage in continuing education as required.
