As a member of the Adoption team in the Customer Success Group (CSG), the Customer Adoption Manager is responsible for developing and delivering customer-facing communication programs that drive business value and product adoption for customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, data analysis, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and implement comprehensive digital strategies across various channels
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics to maximize impact
  • Work with technical & creative teams to deliver campaigns in a timely, efficient manner
  • Create and present detailed campaign reports to stakeholders highlighting key metrics and impact
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness

Minimum Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in marketing campaign management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
  • Exception communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
  • Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in customer marketing and / or program management
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and / or CRM applications
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices
