What Youll DoFinancial Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and analyzeaccurate, timely financial statementsin full compliance withUS GAAP.Own themonthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring deadlines are met and numbers are right.Deliver insights and recommendations to leadership based on financial data.Process Management & Improvement
Identify gaps andimprove accounting processesto drive efficiency and accuracy.Leverage accounting software and ERP systems tostreamline workflowsand support automation.Ensure compliance withinternal controls, policies, and financial regulations.Budgeting & Forecasting
Assist with developing and managing budgets, ensuring alignment withbusiness goals.Monitor performance against budgets and providedata-driven recommendations.Client Interaction & Partnership
Work directly with clients tomanage financial operations, resolve complex issues, and deliver strategic insights.Collaborate with the tax team toalign financial reporting with tax planning strategies.Team Leadership
Support, mentor, and guide junior accounting staff, setting clear expectations and helping them grow.Lead by example, promotingcollaboration, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.What You Bring
Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field(CPA preferred but not required).5+ years of progressive accounting experiencewith strong exposure tofinancial reporting and compliance.Proven ability tomanage multiple prioritiesin a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Expertise inUS GAAP, Excel, and accounting software(QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar).Excellent communication and leadership skillsyou can explain complex information clearly.A proactive, solutions-focused mindsetyou dont wait for problems; you prevent them.Success in This Role Looks Like
