As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with law enforcement agencies and public safety organizations, helping them leverage cutting-edge software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to transform complex challenges into actionable solutions, ensuring our clients realize the full potential of Axon's innovative technologies. What You'll Do

Location : US based Axon hub sites (Atlanta, Boston, Denver, Scottsdale, Seattle, Chicago, Austin, Charlotte, or Sterling metro areas)

Travel : Up to 30%

Reports To : Manager, Business Analysis

• Work as a key member of the Software Services Team to support customer implementations.
• Business Documentation : Capture and translate customer needs into clear and concise business process documentation, including user stories, workflows, and functional requirements.
• Discovery : Analyze complex business challenges, providing clarity and structure where ambiguity exists, while working closely with Program Managers, Solution Architects, and Product teams to design and deliver impactful solutions.
• Configurations : Partner with customers to configure software systems tailored to their business objectives.
• Solution Evaluation : Assess feasibility, impact, and cost of proposed solutions, including change management considerations, to ensure successful implementation.
• Decision Making : Apply outcome-driven thinking to make strategic trade-off assessments that optimize results for customers and stakeholders.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) : Design, administer, and document functional acceptance tests to validate software performance and usability.
• Training : Develop and deliver comprehensive training plans and materials to empower both internal and external stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate across departments to drive company-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment and maximizing value delivery.
