Manager, Strategic Accounts - Texas First Rentals
The Manager of Strategic Accounts is responsible for the retention and continued growth of assigned accounts. Primary focus will be to meet and exceed targeted annual growth within portfolio while providing Legendary Customer Service. This position collaborates with various departments throughout the organization to develop strategic ways to provide positive customer experience and proactively seeking out opportunities to increase revenue.

Essential Functions :
Hires, develops, evaluates, and influences effective and consistent productivity and teamwork to ensure the delivery of Legendary Customer Service (LCS)Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and MissionProvides Legendary Customer Service to our corporate target customers and larger potential customer baseCollaborates with leadership to identify Enterprise opportunities for revenue gain within customer base and executes said targetsLeads and motivates the sales team to meet and exceed annual rental targets and portfolio health goalsSets sales goals and create strategies to achieve them within each reps portfolioMonitors team performance and provides regular feedback and coaching including targeted ride alongs.Builds and maintains relationships with key clients and partners from the jobsite through executive leadershipIdentifies net new market opportunities for growth and qualify customer needsManages a specific assigned sales team for aligned successExecutes curated development programs for each assigned repPerforms coaching where needed and work with HR to ensure consistent accountabilityTrains and onboards new sales staff to ensure consistent performance and executionCollaborates with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals.Qualifies information / data from the customer in an effort to support the growth of sales potentialBuilds and maintains a successful budget / P&L structure within specific assigned account book of businessCreates value with safety initiatives in alignment with customers and Texas First RentalsDevelops and executes business plans using the SMART Goal with each assigned targetMeets with the customer to review annual rate structure and commitmentPrepares sales or other contractsPerforms other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
