What You'll Do

As a Contracts Administrator, you'll play a critical role in supporting contract operations and ensuring compliance and accuracy across projects. Responsibilities include :

• Performing detailed reviews and edits of customer contracts from initiation to execution
• Coordinating with the Contracts Manager to communicate terms and obligations clearly across teams
• Assisting with contract negotiations alongside Project Managers
• Managing insurance documents and supporting the annual renewal process
• Responding to new customer qualification requests and preparing necessary application materials
