We have partnered with a manufacturer in Florence KY to lead a search for a newly created Customer Service Administrator role.

Customer Service Administrator

Provides technical support to our customers and are expected to develop a working knowledge of our core products.

Professionally represent the company to our customers with the knowledge and skills to provide them the product or service they need.

There is a 95 / 5 split between office work and warehouse requirements that includes inventory counts, organization, and shipping orders as needed.

Issue quotes with appropriate lead times.

Receive customer orders.

Communicate the scheduling of production.

Assist with packing of outbound product, and stocking of inbound items.

Communicate with sales force and customers daily.

Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and take customer orders
• Negotiate sale and purchase prices
• Proactively generate sales and promote company products
• Support outside sales representatives
• Expedite back-orders
• Assist with pulling inventory, preparing shipments, and updating inventory levels
• Assist with customer returns
• Interact with customers and suppliers to obtain and fill orders correctly
• Troubleshoot customer concerns.
