Buckeye Power Sales is a Growth-Oriented Company Seeking a Service Sales Administrator to join our Power Systems Division!

Buckeye Power Sales has been providing on site power solutions for businesses, contractors, engineers, municipalities and homeowners since 1947, which makes us the oldest Rehlko (formerly Kohle r) generator distributor in the country. We are also a distributor of Siemens Energy engines and generators for a wide range of power generation applications such as combined heat and power, waste to power, prime, and continuous. From power generation to light construction to grounds care – we have the machines, equipment, parts, programs & service to help you get the job done.

Our Service Sales Administrators are responsible for :

  • Providing excellent internal and external customer service
  • Supporting the Service Sales department
  • Pre-Paid Invoicing
  • Bill-Per Service Invoicing
  • Internal Invoicing
  • Creating Service Contract Service Orders
  • Processing all Renewal Agreements (Quotes, Invoicing & Cost analysis)
  • Corresponding with Service Agreement Customers
  • Assisting Service Sales Manager and Service Sales Representative Team with data entry into Operating System
  • Informing Existing and Potential customers about the benefits of having a Planned Maintenance Agreement and additional services when applicable
  • Providing recommendations and developing strategies on how to improve quality and quantity of service PMA programs in Weekly / Bi-Weekly / Quarterly and / or Annual Meetings

    • Requirements

  • Conforms with the core values of BPS
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 18+ years of age
  • 2 years prior customer service experience desired
  • Basic knowledge of the workings of gaseous and diesel engines or willingness and ability to train and enhance knowledge of generators
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Able to work well unsupervised; able to work independently
  • Able to work flexible hours including occasional overtime
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task required
  • Computer skills to include MS office products (Word, Excel, Outlook); data entry
  • Resourceful; able to use Internet search engines and Social Media sites
  • Must represent the company in a positive manner at all times
  • Must be able to pass background check and periodic drug screens
