job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems Provide installation, configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting of commercial and custom software Installation, configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting of commercial and custom software Assist users in access and use of IT systems Support IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution Provide detailed analysis and feedback to management and internal customers for system issues and escalated tickets Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning Necessary Skills and Knowledge : Demonstrated experience and / or familiarity with RedHat, Linux, CentOS, and / or UNIX Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline from an accredited college or university desired 5 years' experience as a System Administrator in programs and systems of similar scope, size, and complexity Preferred Qualifications : Familiarity with Docker, DC / OS, AWS, and / or Kubernetes desired Security+ is strongly desired Evanhoe and Associates is an equal-opportunity employer.
