Assembly Technician

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Technician – Production Operations to join our manufacturing team. This role is critical to ensuring our production environment runs smoothly, safely, and in compliance with all quality standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, physically capable of handling production tasks, and committed to teamwork and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment, including loading / unloading panels.
• Perform material handling using carts, lifts, and pallet jacks.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO requirements
• Support housekeeping and 5S activities in the production area.
• Follow all company, site, and department procedures while adhering to safety standards.
• Report any safety, quality, or production issues immediately.
• Maintain training records and assist with training new employees.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing (up to 80%), bending, kneeling, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and repetitive assembly work.
