Position Purpose

The Palliative Care RN is responsible for patients and families in the palliative care program. Provides Palliative care clinical consultation.

What You Will Do

• Collaborates with manager in the development of performance measurements for the Palliative Care Program to ensure continuous quality improvement; ensures implementation
• Motivates / supports employees for exemplary performance on internal and external customer service, productivity, and accuracy
• Provides statistical / budgetary data to appropriate Palliative care program
• Works collaboratively with all departments to ensure execution of quality delivery of services
