Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with project teams to support initiatives across business units and cross-functional teams
Analyze business requirements and design solutions, including developing process documentation and training materials
Implement change management practices to ensure successful technology transformation and operational workflow management
Required Qualifications
Project experience in a relevant field
Experience in process documentation and development (Visio)
Change management and training experience
Minimum of 3 years in property and casualty insurance
Experience with multinational insurance and meeting facilitation
