Your responsibilities will encompass assessing patient conditions, creating and implementing personalized care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with your healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop tailored care plans\n
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as per prescriptions\n
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient health information\n
- Provide wound care and necessary nursing interventions\n
- Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care\n
