Location : Duluth, Minnesota (150 miles north of Minneapolis / St. Paul)

Facility : Level III NICU within a 344-bed tertiary care hospital

Setting : Medical Center, located on a shared campus with Health Duluth (165-bed specialized care facility) Practice Details

Join a robust, collaborative team :

8 Neonatologists

4 NNPs

1 Neonatal PA

1 Neonatal Hospitalist

Outstanding NICU nursing staff

NICU Structure : Level III NICU

20 private rooms (convertible to doubles for twins)

Level II Pediatric Trauma Center

Coverage Model :

24 / 7 in-house APP coverage

Physicians : In-house days, on-call nights Patient Volumes & Services

Annual NICU Admissions : ~330

Average Daily Census : 14 infants

Annual Births : ~1,700 with NICU delivery coverage

NICU Follow-up Clinic : 1 day / week for high-risk infants

Active Neonatal Transport Team

Covers MN, WI, MI

Transports typically include an APP + RN Support Services

24 / 7 OB Hospitalist model

Strong collaboration with Level IV NICUs in Twin Cities

Perinatology and Pediatric Subspecialties on-site

Pediatric services include :

Neurology

Oncology

Recruiting Pediatric Surgery
