Senior Advisor For Responsible Innovation In Health And Biomedicine

Strategic Analysis, Inc. (SA) is actively seeking a Senior Advisor for Responsible Innovation in Health and Biomedicine to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). Responsibilities include :

• Support the design and establishment of responsible innovation strategies within ARPA-H research programs and projects to drive health outcomes.
• Facilitate engagement across ARPA-H offices on a diversity of ethical, legal, and social issues coupled to health innovation, and provide research support on technical, policy, social science and other areas.
• Provide subject matter expertise in one more domain of responsible innovation in health (e.g. clinical bioethics, governance of frontier technologies, privacy and data rights) and as a liaison to connect ARPA-H staff with other leading experts.
• Support agency responses to policy implementation related to responsible innovation.
• Support the design of mechanisms to facilitate responsible innovation implementation within programs, such as through contracting and agreements.

Requirements include :

Education : Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree (i.e. Master's, Ph.D., J.D.) is strongly preferred.

Position is D.C hybrid and some travel is anticipated. Clearance : Ability to obtain HHS Public Trust.
