• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.\n
• Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, family, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.\n
• Communicate changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor / Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.\n
• Participate in discharge planning process.\n\nCertifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) – must be BLS certified within 30 days from hire date.\n\nRequired Skills – License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of AL.\n#J-18808-Ljbffr
