• We are looking for a
• Growth & Content Manager
• to accelerate SoccerEDU’s U.S. expansion. This role combines
• content creation, community engagement, and strategic partnerships
• to grow our audience and build strong relationships with soccer stakeholders across the country.Key responsibilities
• Manage and grow SoccerEDU’s U.S. social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube), tailoring content to resonate with U.S. parents, players, and coaches.
• Create and deliver engaging content (short videos, reels, educational posts, testimonials, success stories).
• Build partnerships with local clubs, academies, and schools to promote SoccerEDU’s courses.
• Identify and manage U.S.-based creators, influencers, and ambassadors (youth players, parents, coaches)
• Analyze performance, audience insights, and trends to continuously optimize growth.
• Support on-the-ground activations (soccer events, tournaments, showcases) with content and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to localize marketing campaigns and product positioning for the U.S. market
• What we’re looking for
• 3–5 years of experience in sports marketing, content creation, or digital growth.
• Strong background in
• social media management
• and hands-on content creation (video editing, graphic design a plus).
• Entrepreneurial mindset : comfortable working in a fast-growing startup with both strategic and operational tasks.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. youth sports culture (parents, academies, colleges, clubs)
• Creative eye with proven ability to produce content that engages and converts.
• Solid organizational skills : able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Passion for soccer and education — genuine interest in helping young players and professionals grow.
