The Role

Unlock Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will oversee the accounts payable function, ensure accurate and timely processing of payments to vendors, maintain vendor relationships, manage expense reporting, credit card system management, and implement efficient processes to optimize the accounts payable workflow.

What You'll Do

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable department, including processing vendor invoices for payment, which involves reviewing documents and verifying general ledger coding
• Oversee the processing of weekly accounts payable ACH, check runs, wires, and other urgent payment requests
• Handle the processing of bi-weekly payroll wire transfers
• Maintain the A / P Vendor Maintenance module to ensure accurate vendor records
• Support all business partners, including finance and accounting leaders, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns
• Develop and analyze reports and perform month-end close activities to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Manage workflows to ensure accurate invoice processing, third-party vendor management, and reporting
• Set up vendors, code expenses, match invoices, and reconcile accounts as needed
• Prepare for and manage annual Form-1099 preparation, ensuring compliance with tax regulations
• Train new users on systems and processes related to accounts payable
• Assist all audit initiatives related to accounts payable, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Responsible for new vendor setup process
