Job Description
Supervise and support a 3-person HR team : Recruiter, Benefits Coordinator, and Payroll Coordinator
Oversee day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and compliance (TWC / EEOC, etc.)
Review and ensure accuracy of payroll processed through a third-party provider
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Act as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related questions or concerns
Assist with performance management processes, documentation, and employee communications
Support internal audits, reporting, and file maintenance in line with established company policies
Contribute to ongoing improvement of HR processes and internal service delivery

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (REQUIRED)
Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience with hands-on exposure to payroll, benefits, and employee relations
Prior supervisory or team lead experience in HR is strongly preferred
Experience using HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, HRO, or similar platforms)
Familiarity with multi-family property management or real estate industry is a plus
Comfortable working in a fully in-office role, Monday through Friday
