Mold Engineer OSM Manufacturing Philippines Corporation

The Mold Engineer is responsible for the maintenance, repair, modification, and manufacturing of tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures used in the production process. This role ensures the availability and functionality of tooling to support efficient and safe production operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manufacture, assemble, and repair precision tools, jigs, and fixtures mainly for cut and sew and heat press process.
• Operate workshop equipment such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, CNC machines, band saw, and bench drill.
• Help to conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on tools and workshop machinery.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and specifications.
• Work closely with the production and design teams to develop or improve tooling solutions.
• Ensure all tooling meets quality and performance standards before release to production.
• Maintain detailed records of tool history, maintenance logs, and usage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the tool workshop.
• Assist with troubleshooting tooling-related issues during production.
