We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Customer Specialist to join a team in Arden Hills, Minnesota. This is a long-term contract opportunity for an experienced individual with a strong background in supply chain management and SAP systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing processes and ensuring efficiency within our supply chain operations.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee supply chain activities with a focus on logistics, inventory management, and customer service.
- Utilize SAP systems, including SAP S / 4HANA, to streamline and optimize supply chain processes.
- Conduct detailed inventory analysis to maintain accurate stock levels and support operational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations and project execution.
- Manage PeopleSoft projects related to supply chain logistics and system integrations.
- Drive full-cycle recruiting efforts to identify and onboard top talent for supply chain roles.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement within supply chain workflows.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all supply chain activities.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
- Proficiency in SAP systems, including SAP S / 4HANA.
- Strong knowledge of inventory analysis and supply chain logistics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards in supply chain management.
