Job Description

Roberson's Albany Ford has an immediate opening for an auto sales consultant. Come join our team and work with the most exciting inventory line-up the auto industry! In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car-buying process, from understanding their needs to finalizing the sale. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to close sales while providing exceptional customer service. Wage to be discussed in the interview, varies based on experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Working with customers to find a vehicle that fits their needs - which includes explaining features and benefits, test driving and working closely with sales manager and detail team to complete the sale
• Taking vehicle inquiry phone calls
• Working with finance manager to relay all important details of the sale in order to obtain financing if needed
• Assist in open / close procedure as needed
• Help to ensure all inventory is in working order, reporting any problems to management
• Other duties may be assigned by manager
