This role ensures that learning experiences are brought to life with impact, credibility, and consistencywhether engaging senior leaders or broad employee audiences. The ideal candidate is an experienced facilitator with a passion for leadership development, who thrives on inspiring others and developing a high-performing team of facilitators.

What You Will Work On

Strategic :

• Drive the facilitation vision and strategy for enterprise learning programs, ensuring alignment with Nike's leadership and talent strategies.
• Partner with Learning Operations to forecast facilitation demand and ensure delivery resources are aligned.
• Champion innovation in facilitation methods, embedding cutting-edge approaches that elevate the learner experience.
• Maintain a learner-first mindset, ensuring facilitation practices inspire and engage Nike teammates at all levels.
