Now Hiring : 1st Shift MIG Welder – $23–$24 / hr

Location : Chattanooga, TN - Downtown area

Schedule : 1st Shift – 6 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM (with potential for 5 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM)

Availability : Some Saturdays required

Pay : $23–$24 per hour, based on experience

About the Role :

We’re seeking a detail-oriented MIG Welder to join our production team on 1st shift. If you have experience working with 20-gauge material and take pride in precision finish welding and tacking, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform MIG welding on 20-gauge sheet metal with accuracy and consistency
• Execute finish welding and tacking to meet quality standards
• Inspect welds for quality and adherence to specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
