About the Role :

The Maintenance Technician - Carpentry Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the structural integrity and aesthetic quality of residential and commercial properties within our real estate portfolio. This position focuses on performing skilled carpentry work, including installation, repair, and maintenance of wood structures, fixtures, and fittings to uphold high standards of property condition and tenant satisfaction. The role requires proactive identification and resolution of maintenance issues, contributing to the overall safety, functionality, and appearance of the properties. The technician will collaborate closely with property management teams to prioritize work orders and complete projects efficiently, minimizing downtime and disruption. Ultimately, this role supports the company’s commitment to delivering well-maintained, attractive, and safe living and working environments in Long Meadow, LONG.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician with a specialization in carpentry.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
