Purpose :
The purpose of the Senior Director | Patient Engagement - Data Strategy is to work cross functionally to enable excellence in clinical design. This role requires a strategic approach with a broad set of responsibilities to inform asset profile, program strategy and trial designs, with an agile mindset driving efficiencies and shared learning. This role is responsible for building and sustaining relationships, both internally and externally, across business partners and data and technology vendors, to further optimize the way data and analytics supports and informs the Clinical Portfolio.

Minimum Qualification Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific or health related field
7+ years of experience in drug development in the pharmaceutical industry
Other Information / Additional Preferences :
Post-graduate degree(s), e.g., Pharm D, M.S., Ph.D., M.B.A
Demonstrated ability to integrate different functional or organizational components into a streamlined and efficient structure
Strong leadership and critical thinking skills
Demonstrated experience with implementation of innovative solutions
Prior experience in managing complex / cross-functional projects and teams
Ability to take strategic knowledge and effectively influence the direction of daily operations

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $151,500 - $222,200. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
