The Role
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Global Accounts Manager who can help shape and drive our continued growth on a global scale. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of global key enterprise clients, helping some of the worldâs most innovative companies solve their corporate housing needs across international markets.
Youâll act as a trusted advisor and strategic partnerâcultivating relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our footprint within large, global accounts. If youâre a top seller with a passion for strategic growth and revenue generation mindset, weâd love to hear from you.
What Youâll Do
Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring ongoing success and identifying opportunities for expansion across the U.S. and international markets.
Deepen client relationships through strategic collaboration and consultative account management, increasing usage and long-term value.
Proactively engage with prospective global clients using a blend of outreach techniquesâemail campaigns, referrals, networking, and targeted research.
Tailor Bluegroundâs value proposition to the specific needs of corporate partners.
Partner with internal stakeholders in Operations, CX, and Product to ensure a seamless client experience and execution of custom solutions
Maintain accurate account forecasting, monitor engagement metrics, and report on growth performance across your portfolio
