We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Scientist to join our Antibody Discovery Group. The successful candidate will play a critical role in advancing our antibody discovery efforts through various techniques, including target analysis, immunogen design, B-cell sorting, flow cytometry, ELISA, and yeast library screening. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment focused on the development of novel therapeutic antibodies. Responsibilities :

• Perform in-depth analysis of potential targets, including clinical landscape, biology, protein structure, and literature review.
• Design and execute antibody discovery campaigns from immunization to lead delivery.
• Perform high throughput sorting to isolate specific  B cell  populations.
• Design, execute, and analyze FACS experiments to validate and characterize antibodies.
• Develop, optimize, and perform assays (ELISA, BLI,  flow cytometry ) for antibody screening and specificity testing.
• Conduct yeast display library screening to identify and analyze antibody candidates.
• Analyze and compare BCR sequences and immune repertoires.
• Analyze experimental data and prepare detailed reports and presentations.
• Work with cross-functional teams and contribute to project planning and strategy.
• Maintain accurate records, ensure safety compliance, and contribute to lab organization.

Compensation and Benefits :

The expected base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $140,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skills.

While most offers typically fall within the low to mid-point of the range, we may extend an offer toward the higher end for exceptional candidates whose background and expertise align strongly with the requirements of the role.
