A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Work from Home).
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and greet customers with energy and enthusiasm
Place outbound calls and communicate effectively with customers
Deliver timely resolutions to customer inquiries and concerns
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of customer service experience in a transaction-based environment
High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience in a production environment
Flexibility to work any shift, including nights and weekends
