Role and Responsibilities :

As a Customer Service Representative at Orion180, you will :

• Provide exceptional customer experiences by supporting and empowering agents and policyholders.
• Navigate multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to deliver top-tier service.
• Research and identify solutions using advanced computer-based resources.
• Work in a paperless environment, prioritizing customer privacy and security.
• Learn and apply multiple underwriting guides and manuals.
• Review the completed inspections and make informed decisions regarding insurance risks.
• Process acceptable risks through our system and prepare necessary documents for those that are not.
• Handle emails and phone calls from agents and policyholders with professionalism and care.

Qualifications and Education Requirements :

Preferred : Active Texas Property and Casualty license .
