Key Responsibilities
Field inbound calls from customers and book estimate appointments
Manage customer information using internal data systems and escalate concerns as needed
Adapt to changes and follow proper protocols while answering customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
Experience in a Contact Centre environment or related field is preferred
Proficient in computer literacy
Good organization and time management skills
