Salary :

Carolina Ale Houseis seeking a talented Key Hourly Managerto join our team in Augusta, GA!

As the Key Hourly, you will assist in overseeing daily operations and managing a team of hourly employees. If you have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! This is an hourly position, requiring flexibility with work schedule including working late nights and weekends.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure opening and closing the front-of-house checklists are completed.
  • Provide support to Manager-On-Duty (MOD).
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Promote and practice compliance with fire, health, safety and hygiene

standards and regulations.

  • Uphold all company values and standards at all times.
  • Maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all guests and employees.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front of house areas, including dining rooms and restrooms.
  • Assist the managers in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and alcohol service guidelines.
  • Handle financial responsibilities, such as cash handling, POS system reconciliation, and managing petty cash.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or requested.

    • Qualifications :

  • At least 6 months supervisory experience in a full service restaurant.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and willingness to enforce compliance.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
