Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support K-12 students within a full semester contract. This role involves working closely with self-contained classrooms of approximately 10 students, each supported by an assigned paraprofessional. The position requires a mitted educator ready to start as soon as possible and work through to the end of the school year.

Location : Naperville, IL

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 6 : 45 AM 2 : 15 PM

Grade Levels : K-12

Duration : Full semester contract, immediate start

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Collaborate with paraprofessionals to deliver targeted instruction in a self-contained classroom environment.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of students.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular updates to families and school staff.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes student growth and development.
• Maintain accurate records and adherence to all school policies and relevant regulations.
