As a warehouse supervisor at Donaldson Company, you will play a part in the production air filtration system products for the plant, engage with shipping & receiving, and supply chain. Each day within manufacturing provides chances to learn and grow professionally as the business expands. Qualified candidates must be able to work an on-site schedule at our Greeneville, TN facility.

Role Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with trucking vendors and determine shipping priorities, methods, and schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare outgoing orders for shipment, arranging transportation that balances cost and service.
• Utilize customer websites and portals to manage shipments and upload required documentation.
• Oversee order picking and packing processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with customer specifications.
• Supervise and support operations across multiple warehouse sites, ensuring consistency in processes, communication, and performance standards.
• Examine and verify contents of incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and quantity against records such as orders, invoices, or packing slips.
• Use shipping reports to track and maintain on-time delivery (OTD) metrics, coordinating with planning and scheduling personnel as needed.
• Investigate and resolve shipping and receiving issues; collaborate with appropriate internal or external parties to correct discrepancies.
• Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and timely to maintain proper inventory visibility; lead and support annual inventory audits.
• Maintain safe, organized, and clean warehouse environments, including racks, staging areas, and shipping / receiving zones.
• Proactively identify safety risks, implement corrective actions, and encourage a culture of safety improvement.
• Supervise shipping, receiving, and warehouse staff; conduct performance evaluations and support training and development initiatives.
• Lead daily tier board meetings and provide clear communication of goals, priorities, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all warehouse functions.
• Drive continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
• Perform additional tasks as warranted or assigned by management.
