JOB SUMMARY

Supervises the operation of one or more table games on an assigned shift while placing special emphasis on guest service, enhancing the guest experience, and engaging in service recovery. Perpetuates employee motivation utilizing positive recognition and corrective coaching.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May include, but is not limited to the following)

• Safeguard company assets located in work area.
• Enforce rules and regulations of the casino for pit games
• Respond to guest disputes arising in pit games
• Direct assignment of pit personnel
• Maintain proper table inventories through fills and credits
• Issue playing cards and dice, and review them for irregularities at the beginning of the shift
• Adhere to regulation Title 31
• Offer to create a club card for the guests
• Promote upcoming events
• Safeguard company assets located in your area
• Track Low Limit and High Limit players play
• Direct assignments for pit personnel in your area
• Maintain proper table inventory through fills and credits
• Issue playing cards and dice and keep inventory of them
• Must learn how to print Markers as well as do a Marker back

• Perform other job related duties as assigned

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS

Must have the ability to provide internal / external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech – both speaking and reading / writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills.

Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
