Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
The Growth Partner’s role is to develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new client opportunities through cold
calling, networking, email campaigns, and more. Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships
with potential clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and completing Discovery calls that lead to
Service Proposals, and ultimately new Client Relationships. Growth Partner’s answer client queries and identify new business
opportunities among existing customers. This position may require occasional travel.
The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Develop new business via cold calling, emailing, and networking
- Meet Required Sales Quotas
○ 2+ New Discovery Calls Per Week (8 per month)
○ 30+ Cold Calls Per Day
○ 3+ Networking Activities per Month
○ 50+ emails per day
Close at least $4,500 in new monthly recurring sales each month
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits, alongside CEO or COOAttend the first Implementation Call with HR or Recruitment Consultant to ensure adequate knowledge transfer and relationshipkickoff.
Forecast and track key business development metrics on the company-provided CRM, Pipedrive.Participate in company Marketing initiatives that affect the growth of the CompanyCollaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territoryAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations, alongside Consultant and Executive Management.Other duties as assignedSkills and Abilities :

Qualifications :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal andexternal customers
Excellent computer proficiency (Google Suite– Word, Excel, etc)2+ Years of experience as a Business Development Representative, Outside Sales, Key Account Manager, or Sales AccountManager.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, includingexecutive and C-level
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive, Asana, etc.) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs2+ Years of Proven Cold Calling ExperienceProven Ability to meet Sales Metrics while working remotely.Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsBA / BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field, desired but not required.Must be able to provide exemplary customer serviceAbility to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given,prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
